IBPS SO - Specialist Officer 2019

IBPS conducts the exam for specialist officers offering various posts such as:-

  • Agriculture Field Officer
  • Marketing Officer (Scale I)
  • HR/Personnel Officer
  • IT Officer Scale I
  • Law Officer
  • Rajbhasha Adhikari Scale I

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Minimum 20 Years – Maximum 30 Years for General Category. Category wise age relaxation for IBPS SO is given below:-

Examination Pattern:

IBPS has changed the pattern of the examination from now onwards. Now a preliminary exam will also be conducted by IBPS, which will be followed by the Mains Exam.

  1. Preliminary exam
  2. Mains exam
  3. Interview

The preliminary exam is of qualifying nature. For the final selection, the marks of the mains exam and interview are added. It is very important to perform well in the mains exam as well as in an interview to get the final selection.
